Which hosted tier you're on depends on headcount, not on how many people log in. Cancel with 30 days' notice and we hand over your database. When you need the Enterprise edition, we host that for you too.

We install, maintain and stay on call. Your Odoo Enterprise licence is bought direct from Odoo.

Hosting is the flat monthly fee. These sit alongside it, quoted on their own, for the jobs you would otherwise have to find someone else to do.
Domain registration
We register the .co.za or .com you want and put it in your name, not ours. One bill, no reseller account to manage.

Renewals, DNS records, email routing and certificates looked after for you. Point a subdomain at your Odoo and we do the rest.

Questions
What owners ask us first
One system for quotes, invoices, stock, customers and accounting, instead of a folder of spreadsheets. You use it in a web browser, so there is nothing to install on your computers.
No. We handle the technical side: the instance, patches, backups and the apps switched on. The final setup is yours to do, because you know your business best. You enter your company details, products, price lists and staff, and we stay on hand while you do it.
Odoo Online charges per user, per month, and its free plan limits you to one app. We charge one fee for the whole company, so adding staff does not raise your bill, and you get the modules Odoo Online leaves out at the lower tiers, including full accounting, stock, manufacturing and multiple apps running together.
Not yet, but it is coming soon. For now we set up a fresh instance and help you load your data into it.
You get a full database export on request, at any time, and we hand it over when you cancel. Nothing is held back.
Usually a week from the first call. A migration with unusual custom modules can take longer, and we will say so up front.
The current stable release. Upgrades are planned with you, tested on a copy of your database first, and never applied without telling you.
Daily backups kept for 30 days, restores tested regularly, encrypted connections, and access limited to the people you nominate.
